In the bathtub, the strength and the warmth of the water, together with the air pressure, are key elements for a beneficial treatment that, depending on the needs, can be relaxing or revitalizing. After a stressful day or after a strenuous sporting activity, relaxing in the bathtub is ideal both for regaining energy and for preparing to a restful sleep: • Revitalizing bath: 20-25 minutes in almost cold water (17-27 ° C). • Relaxing bath: 15-20 minutes in hot water (34-38 ° C).
