Vellmann also introduced in the Maltese market a new leveling device drawn over freshly poured concrete. This is semi-dry concrete screed which is ideal for those who opt for a sub floor preparation for Tiles, Parquet Flooring, Fitted Carpets and under Floor Heating. Sound Thermal and Damp Insulation solutions can also be applied. Other than Plastic Domes (Modulo) we also introduced plastic column and shuttering formworks for builders which are quick to assemble and light weight.
